The Toxics-Free Corps, Health.ifeng.com, China Development Brief: Part 5 of the Wake Up for Health Program

On August 10, 2023, the Toxics-Free Corps held the “Are PVC-made children’s sandals safe enough? Learn about PAEs as EDCs” public scientific education. Ma Xiaohui, Deputy Director of the Product Detoxification Business, the Toxics-Free Corps, shared the survey results about children’s sandals; Duan Heqing, Manager of the Consumer Goods Business Department, Safety Testing, shared some information on phthalate (PAE) pollution in children’s sandals and a buyer’s guide. In the final public Q&A session, Yang Shujiang, Manager of the Consumer Goods Business Department, Safety Testing, also participated by providing the public with some advice based on his experience at work.
